Jo, I don't know you very well yet, but you sound like a helluva lady.  It doesn't sound like you fear cancer ... it should fear YOU!  You beat the odds on the lap-band with your awesome results, no doubt you'll beat this too.  Add me to your long list of supporters. Jessica

Hi Jodi, I know you probably won't get this for a couple of days, but I hope the nausea wasn't too bad and the meds helped a lot.  If the doctor hasn't already mentioned it, ask him about using plastic utensils when you eat.  They told us to be sure my grandmother used plastic because the metal utensils would leave a bad taste in her mouth and make it harder for her to tolerate food.  I don't know if your chemo will have the same effect, but it couldn't hurt to ask. Good luck and I'll be keeping you in my thoughts.

He isn't so much of a baby anymore.  He will be 1 on Thursday!  Can you believe it has been a year already?  IT is amazing. Anyway, I just wanted you to know I was thinking of you and praying for you.  You are so strong and I know you can get through this.
