My yummy vegetable beef soup with pics..
Okay so I kinda cheated a lil heres how I made it:
I used a Mrs. Grass Beef vegetable soup mix
10 oz bag of frozen mixed veggies
2 lbs of beef tips/cubes
1/2 bag of lentils..
Tossed it all in the crockpot with 8 oz of water. Later in the cooking I tossed about a tablespoon of beef bouillon seasoning in it also to give it more of a beefy flavor..
I used a 4 oz ladel and put it on the bowl and here it goes:
Total approx exchanges (I added it all up based on 4 oz of the soup): approx 160 calories, 13 g of carbs, and 18 g of protein with 2 oz of beef in the bowl.

I made a yummy soup last week.
1 Pound of Italian sausage out of skins and chopped up and browned. I also used about a quarter pound of browned hamburger ( I like meat)
1 large can of Beef Broth
1 large can diced tomatoes
2 chopped carrots
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
1 package cheese stuffed tortilinni pasta
WOW sooo good!!
