Been a while

Hi everyone just thought I would check in.  It has been a while since I have posted or even been on to read the post.  I have been busy with doctor appointments and sleeping and work and sleeping some more.  It is hard being old and pregnant.  Things seem to be going fine though.  The baby will be here the first week of May by C-section and her name is going to be Megan.  It is going to be nice to buy pink since I have a 6 year old boy and pink was never an option.  Austin is very excited about the arrival of his sister, but we will see how all of that changes when she is able to walk and bother him all of the time.  Well I hope everyone is doing fine and thoughts and prayers are with Sherri and Jodi and families.

Been awhile for me checking in a posting too.  I hear you on being old and pregnant.  I'm so looking forward to the first week of June to meet this little guy.  We haven't decided on a name yet.  I still have three months to decide   Have been nervous with the pregnancy weight gain, tho my OB assures me that my weight gain is completly normal at 15 lbs and that if she thought it was something to be concerned about, she would let me know.  Still, it scares me to see the scale going up. Gwyn's first birthday is in a month form yesterday.  A whole YEAR already?  She is so much fun to play with, and such a joy to us.  She's pretty close to walking, and says "mama" "dada" and when she's hungry says "yum yum num num."  She also calls the doggies "gi gi's." Hope everything / everyone is doing well.  Prayers to Sherri & Jodi Darrah

Wow Kylie and Darrah I'm so far out of the loop.  Darrah #2 congrats and a girl for Kylie.  This should definately give the women who struggle with infertility because of weight or PCOS hope.  WLS helps in that department huh!

It sure must. I was never regular in my whole life, until after wls. Now, I didn't want more... have already had 3 c-sections, and can't afford more. I had a tubal ligation after my Maggie was born. I'm glad I did. I was thinking at that time, I probably didn't need it, since it was so hard to get preggers with her (I used Clomid). But now that I'm working like clockwork, I'm glad I did it!
