An Update on my progress...

Well Hell... It's been a little while since I've updated and the good news is that I am not going to lost my insurance after all so things are going ahead as planned...which is awesome!!! It just seems like it's taking forever for Dr. Huse's office to get all my paperwork together to submit it to insurance and they never seem to receive anything that my doctors office faxes them and it's a little frustrating but I am trying sooooo hard to be patient. I went to my PCP today because of some allergy problems I've been having and I weighed in at 320...my highest weight ever...and I just feel like crap! I mailed in what is supposed to be my last piece of documentation they need to submit to insurance which was already faxed on Monday and they supposedly didn't get...but maybe, just maybe they will get it and it might be the last thing I will need to get my surgery I hope. I just guess I need a little encouragment that the day might actually get here sometime before this weight kills me. Thanks for listening...you guys are the best.

Don't feel like crap. Just do your best to lose a couple pounds before surgery. Every pound you lose now, is one you don't have to lose later, right? And it's supposed to make the surgery easier for your surgeon. But even if you can't, don't feel like crap, okay? I mean, if we didn't have problems with this area, we wouldn't be recommended for and pursuing wls, you know? PS. Glad to see another Hautean :-)

I know you live in Terre Haute, but I hand carried all my paperwork and records to Clarian myself so I knew they had it. Are you done with your 6 months then, Did you lose any preop, I am not sure where you are at, then? I have done great preop at losing, I just know I will need help getting down to where I want to be at the end. If you need any tips PM me. You def. want to lose some before surgery though, that way your liver is smaller. Don't want them to send ya home and no surgery. That would suck! Are you going through Clarian?
