strep throat

well I went to see my family doctor and bingo.........i have small white blisters all over my throat.............soooooooooooooooooooo they gave me a prescription for strep throat and said I should start feeling a lil better within 24 hrs...............so I HOPE i do...............IM not able to eat much really nothing at all so im wondering how that will effect my weight loss over the next couple weeks

Strep is hard. I hate to use anti-biotics, but then again, untreated, it can remit on its own, but can also turn into scarlet fever. I hope you're feeling better soon!

At least you know what you have now and shouldnt feel guilty about not going to work. Strep throat is very contagious and I am sure you co-workers dont want it. I know if you were my employee I would have told you to stay at home...lol! Hope you get to feeling better soon.
