update

well i was hospitalized feb 23 and i had a revision surgery on feb 26 they said my ulcer was worse then expected it had attached to a part of my old stomaxch and perferated and was also perferated into a piece of my intesines so, they had to remove all that ---i have not smoked a ciggerette since feb 23 i'm doing real good and im feeling okay just sore from the surgery itself-but the pain i was experiencing from the ulcer is relieved 100% and im just struggling that i forget im starting over and i been hungry actually and been wanting to eat and forget im on the full liq foods still---they sent me home on a catheder because my bladder isnt functioning right i was to go to day to indiana urologists in indy but we had to much snow so i had to rescheduele till next wed. they took me off the tpn-and left the ports in my arm just in case i lose to much weight from starting over? seeings how im only 20 from my goal -but i was wondering i herd some say they had revision?  is it basically the same surgery then? i was confused on what went on?

Well hopefully things will be better now.  It does really suck that you were only 20 lbs away from goal and had to start over.  But with all the things wrong inside it sounds like it couldnt be helped.  Did the same doctor do the revision that done your original surgery?

im not really sure much on the revision does that slow the weight loss process? if not then im still only 20 pounds from goal- yes dr evanson did my revision surgery----i havent smoked in 11 days or so! So when i go see him to get him off my ASS im going to request a niciotine test so he knows im not lying to him about quitting it sure is hard because i cant eat to calm the stress cant smoke its horrible! but ill manage i been chewing gum i did mess up and ate a smasll piece of cake yesterday and then hated i because i messed  up like that how are you doing?

I am glad you are feeling better.  I bet it is hard starting over.   I am doing ok, I had a couple issues since finding out I had the ulcer, but it seems to be better.

Aaah that was you that I seen Thursday morning I bet then. :) I didn't know for sure or I'd said something. My DH and I walked the bari floor before my scope to say hi to the nurses and stuff and I saw your name on the board and wanted to ask which room you were in but I didn't want to be wrong if it wasn't you.

HI THERE AUGH U SHOULDA ASKED BECAUSE I WAS THERE! i WAS THERE FROM SAT TO SAT VERY LONG TIME--IM FEELING SORE BUT THE ULCER PAIN IS GONE WHICH THAT FEELS GOOD! IM NOT SMOKING EITHER SO GOOD FOR ME!
