Where Do You Buy TVP CHUNKS?

I am terrible with names..so I can't remember who had chunks of TVP at the Clarion Meeting...I think he even told me where he got those chunks at..but I can't remember! LOL Anybody know where to buy those??? Thanks for your help!

The Georgetown Market sells them, as does Wild Oats.
