I have been off for a while since I had to get a different hard drive for my computer. My pastor put it in for me so it wasn't a bunch of money. Thank God for that.  I feel better being back here with my other family. I am going to start posting tomorrow morning like usual. I am so tired tonight since Sundays have been so long for me since lay speaker school started but today was the last day for it. It seemed to take forever this year.  I hope that everyone is doing well. I am trying to get caught up but it is going to be hard for me.  You had your surgery, Sherri? I hope that things are going well for you. I continue to keep you and Bill in my prayers.  I am sending all of you my love and big hugs.

Welcome back! I'm glad  you didn't have to spend a ton of money on your computer. I just got mine out of the shop, too. It is odd how many times a day that I found myself wanting to look something up on the net when I didn't have my computer!  Anyway, Welcome Back! Rhonda

Brenda, Yes, I had my surgery last Monday. It's hard to believe it's been a week. I go for my follow-ups today with Dr. Gupta (10:10) and Dr. Bergman (3:40). We'll see about getting the drain tube taken out. The one thing I'm really hoping for is that Dr. Gupta will have a better suggestion for pain relief. The vicodin just hasn't been cutting it. Bill on the other hand has been doing very well. When they did his cornea transplant, they put in a little 'pouch' so that they wouldn't have to stitch in any future corneal tissue...just remove the bad and tuck in the good. With as many transplants as he has had to have so far..and each stitch just creates more scar tissue, this technique may be a vision saver for Bill. Glad you're back online with us! Sherri
