Good Afternoon All! I have been busy this morning, so I am finally getting around to posting. I got a lot of WOW's this weekend.  I had my daughter's birthday party and my family hasnt really seen me in regular clothes outside of my work uniform, which is really baggy because I havent gotten any pants yet.  So I was in size 18 jeans (size 26 before surgery) and a large shirt (XXL before surgery) and had it tucked in with a belt and everytime someone new came in they said "oh my god, I cant believe how good you look"  Thrilled me to death!   I weighed in yesterday morning and I am down 86 lbs.  That made me really happy.  So all in all a pretty good weekend. Hope everyone gets to feeling better that is not feeling their best. Have a good day all!

Congrats on the "wow" moments Jenny! Has your hair started falling out?  Mine has.  I have an old hairpiece that I bought a few years ago to get me through an "in between" phase of growing out my hair.  It looks like a curly pony tail.  I got it out this weekend and cleaned it up real good.  I'll probably be using it before long. Hope you still have all of yours! Jacqui

Well I really wouldnt say it is falling out, I am shedding a lot more. I notice a lot on my shirts, but its not doing too bad.  Is yours falling out that bad, that you have to possibly wear a hair piece?

Oh yeah.  I find huge locks of it in the shower.  I'm wearing the hair piece today.  It looks great!  Troy had to help me get it on so the rubber bands didn't poke through.  He's a sweetie! Are you taking anything like bioten or something like that?  I'm not but I may start.  Dr. Diaz says it's pretty much inevitable for those who lost hair after pregnancy.   I lost a ton of hair 4 months after having my daughter.  He said it should slow up by month 6.  I can do the hair piece that long. I have Biotin, but I dont take it faithfully, maybe once a week if that.  Mine must not be coming out like yours because to look at me you cant tell. I never had hair loss after pregnancy, so maybe I will be ok....hopefully. How are you doing on weight loss?  I have lost 86 lbs so far.  My ulcer still bugs me some days.  I am still taking Carafate and my Prevacid.  The nurse told me if it keeps up and gets bigger they may have to put a feeding tube in so I can feed myself that way to give my stomach a rest.  Hopefully that dont happen.  I try to eat bland non spicy or no tomato based things when it is acting up cause I know that acid dont do it any good.

A feeding tube?  Wow.  I'll pray that it doesn't get to that point.  I guess I have a rock gut because I can eat tomato stuff.  Guess it's a trade-off..I lose my hair but can have tomato.  You have your hair but can't have tomato. I didn't lose any weight last week so that keeps me at 87 lbs.  Looks like we're right on track with each other! I really need to do some exercises.  In the fall I was walking every day during my lunch break.  I have't done that for quite a while now.  A few weekends ago, when it was so nice down here, I went and bought Troy and me new bicycles.  We rode over 10 miles that weekend!  It was great.  Our daughter, who is 6, rode that far too.  We had such a ball.  Of course Winter came back with a vengence so we haven't been able to ride bikes.  Do you do any kind of exercise? Thanks for sharing your experience with me. Jacqui

I dont exercise regularly but I am going to start walking when it gets nicer out.  I do have a Leslie Sansone walking video that is pretty fun and equal to walking 1, 2 or 3 miles.
