Happy Wednesday.

I hope everyone has had a good week so far. Not a whole lot happening here. I have the niece for a few days. Can't seem to fall back to sleep for some reason even though I'm tired so I figured I'd start the thread. No big plans today just gotta get some errands run and go for my contacts follow up. Fun stuff.

Good morning everyone!!! It's hump day thank you lord... I've been so busy at work that I can't see straight and then with homework and still trying to get completely unpacked into my apartment life has been crazy this week. I'll get my apt unacked right when my lease is up and i'm moving I get my sofa today.. I was supposed to get my love seat too but it's on back order until April 2 which is crazy because it's already been on back order for 3 weeks. Guess I have good taste huh? Well it's going to be beautiful out today hope everyone has a great day get outside for a walk!!

Good morning everyone! Not much going on today. I am VERY happy about that! Right now, a day to where the big highlight is that I take a shower, is very good. The new pain meds are working much better. If I try holding off some on taking them though, within 5 minutes, I'm regretting it. I think it's funny how the body just 'knows'..you know? I sure could use more sleep this morning so I may be laying back down soon (now that the pain is gone for awhile). Misty Lynn & Linda V...thank you very much ladies for the cards. I know you both have so much going on in your own lives right now. It was very sweet of you to remember me. I know there's been a few posts about tubes on here this morning....here's another one. LOL!  There was a few times right after the surgery that the excess tubing would get in-between the toilet seat & my leg and OUCH! So it is always pinned up..and it's situated as much as possible to prevent it from pulling. This morning, I noticed that all the stitching is undone and it's pulled out part of the way. I sure don't know how or when that happened. I'm going to just keep an eye on the output and make sure it's still doing it's job. I hope you all have terrific hump days!  Sherri

Good morning all! My goal today is to get 100 oz of fluid.  I havent been able to get in much fluid, cause I am just so busy at work. I know that is no excuse...I need to make time.  I will be at wor****il about 9pm tonight,  The EMT class we are having is having class skills tonight so I have to stay and grade them on their skills....fun stuff.  Other then that not much going on today. Hopefully it is as nice today as they say it is going to be. Maybe I can get a walk in after I get off and before EMT class starts. Have a good day everyone!

Well, it's Wednesday. I'm feeling low today. I'm missing my boy already. I can't believe he's going to be gone for months. This is going to be so hard. It seems like a really nice place, though. They do alot of different kinds of therapy, too, not just medications. That's good, because we've been trying meds for years now, and have yet to find any that really have helped Mikey. I just kind of feel like I want to cry but can't today. I will get to see him again on Sunday, we're going to visit. Maggie can go with, so that's nice. She couldn't visit him at Meadows, because they required that visitors be atleast 14 years old. I am still feeling low. I am thinking about trying to go for a riding lesson this week. I thought that might cheer me up. I called the instructor and left a message. Hopefully he will call me back today. 

I just wanted to send you some (( HUGS )) I'm thinking about you. You and your family, especially Mikey are in my prayers hon.

Good Morning All, I did get my blood work done ( 12 big Tubes ) but I made it.When I got home my PCP left a message ,he will be out the rest of week. Now I go next Wednesday. I am going to do some cleaning and going to try to something with my hail, its growing in. Yes!!!! Hope everyone enjoys the sunshine (boy, do my windows need cleaning ) LOL    Love ya.
