My Pre-determination letter is being sent!

Amy from Dr. Gupta's emailed me and my letter is being sent to insurance today!  I have heard good things about UHC and it being fast for approval, so we'll see and hope it holds true for me too! I am hoping it all goes through and maybe have the surgery by summer time?  Think that is possible?  I hope so!

Hi. Yes I bet you will be approved and scheduled within the next month or so.  Amy at Dr Guptas is so awesome. She does a Wonderful job with what all they deal with.  DO you have any co-morbities? I was deneid thru Anthem UPS yesterday but Amy had me come in a reweigh today and my BMI is now over 40... I"m praying for approval...

Leanne- I have UHC and it took 27 days for my response, but lap band was approved without question.  I have no-comorbidities so I was worried. Sherie
