Waiting for Approval~ Now in Doctor Review

Ok just called Anthem and the girl said she sees where it is in Doctor Review. Someone was in there working on it and she couldn't access it. Is that a good sign or bad? Doctor Review?

Just one of the necessary steps in the approval process.  If you get a denial the first round, don't be discouraged.  Sometimes I think they do that just to see if you're dedicated enough to follow through.  Most cases are approved on appeal and you can't appeal until you've been denied. I was told that if it gets to the medical director it is almost the last step
