Anyone have Anthem thru UPS- Blue Preferred

Well my first attempt I got denied today.  I am so close to a BMI of 40 but I DO NOT have any co-morbities.   I am scheduling my sleep study again and hoping to appeal. Very upset.  Its like they are saying go gain another 20 pounds, Develop Diabetes and have a Heart condition then come back.  Makes no sense to me at all.  Very very upset
