WLS SUPPORT GROUP????

Hi, I'm relatively new to OH, and I've been over in the Sleeve area for the most part.  I'm wondering if there are any Support Groups around the Noblesville area.  I live in ****ro and I may need some support after this is all said and done.  I've looked around a little bit and have noticed that most of you are RNY or DS  (which I may do later if this doesn't work).  I'm having my surgery done in Mexico on 3/31 and am hoping to find a WLS Support Group somewhere relatively close to where I live.  I know  the hospitals have them but are they just for their patients or can anyone go?   Thanks for you help.  Linda

Team Bariatrics in Goshen has a support group the last Thursday evening of each month.    Fun group.

Clarian Bariatrics on 71st . In Indy have an open support meeting everytoher wednesday and the last friday of every month. Please join us, also cooking classes once a month with our nutrionists.

Welcome!  St. Vincent has classes that are free and open to anyone.  Although they ask people to sign in, I promise you no one will question you about who/where your surgeon is.  They're very much RNY with a little DS and band, but I still think you can benefit from this.  Please check out their website  for support group schedule:  http://www.stvincent.org/ourservices/bariatrics/support/default.htm
