rainy day
Heather,
I gave drinking cokes about 3 months before surgery. I would/could drink about 12 to 15 a day. I started drinking 1 less everyday until I had surgery. I hade some major headaches for a few weeks. But when I got home the 1st time I felt like I needed 1 little drink even though I haven't had one for about 8 weeks.
I decided after doing some walking one night. 1 sip couldn't hurt Right? Wrong !!! I vomitted so bad I will ever have a coke again.
but I sometime just wish for 1 itty.pitty drink. But I, haven't drank any since that night. But here's to us
.
Hugs & blessings, Gail
is not my drink of choice
is my choice now and the rest of my life.

Heather,
I have heard about (but not found) some soda flavored SF popsicles. They are supposed to have a variety box that contains orange, rootbeer and (I think) Dr Pepper flavors. I don't do popsicles or ice cream (not even before surgery really), so I never think to look specifically for them. You might take a look, maybe that will satisfy your craving.

I saw them the other day at Walgreens. They were like freezy pops. They had Sunkist orande, mugg rootbeer and a couple other flavors but were not sugar free cause I LOOKED at them closely. Shanna
