Dr. Huse

Hi Guys, Has anyone on the board had Dr. Huse as a surgeon? Did you have trouble getting Renee, the insurance lady, to return your calls? She was really good at first but now I can't get her to call me back to save my life! I called her about 2 weeks ago and left a message which she never returned and I called her yesterday and she said she would have to check out what I was asking her about and that she would get right back to me...well it's close of business the next day and I still haven't heard anything and I am strarting to get a little tired of this. I need to know when and if she had submitted my info to insurance and if not I need to know why not and it's like she doesn't want to talk to me...yesterday when I spoke with her I felt very brushed off and like I was an irritating intrusion on her day. She didn't seem this way when I first started dealing with his office but I don't have time for her to be slacking off on her job. Anyway...I was just wondering if anyone else had a similar experience or if I just annoy the crap out of the woman for some reason :)

Dr Huse did my surgery and I never had any problem with any of his office staff.  Not sure why you're having trouble.  Hope she gets your info to you tomorrow. 

Hello, I too, had Dr Huse and I didn't have any problems. Have you talked with Fran or Nicole, they always call back same day, they are very good at getting things done. I would ask for one of them, tell them whats going on, I 'm sure they will help.   Hugs & Blessings, Gail 

I also had Dr. Huse and never had any problems.  When I first started going to him Nicole was there instead of Renee.  I don't think Nicole is there anymore, but I have had discussions with Renee and she seems okay.  I did need her to call me back once and she did, but not until the next day. I'm like Gail, I would try to talk to Fran if you can.  Fran is very nice and does get back with you. Candy
