I posted a message on the recipe board but havent gotten any replies.  Does anyone have a fruit pizza recipe that is pouch friendly?  My dad is wanting one for Easter and I was going to make one if I could find a recipe.  I saw one somewhere yesterday, but can't remember where I saw it at.   Thanks

I have made one before.  Here's  my recipe: 1 roll of Sugar Free sugar cookie dough (I think it's Pillsbury) 8 oz. fat free cream cheese 1/2 C. Splenda 1 t. vanilla 1 can crushed pineapple (sugar free or no sugar added) Sliced fruit (Kiwi, Strawberry, Bananas) Put Cookie dough in pizza pan and bake 12-15 minutes.  Let cool completely. Mix cream cheese, splenda, and vanilla then layer on dough. Place sliced fruit on top.  Serve! REALLY yummy!

Jenny, I ended up ordering one through PerfectlySweet.com. Already made and in a nice tin can for me! It ws SO good, I ordered another one for the next time I get in the mood for it! I know that doesn't help much for Easter being this Sunday since you couldn't get it in time, but you might want to remember it for future reference...lol! I believe I have a recipe on my profile (if not, check at Splenda.com) for Fruit ****tail cake. It's not too bad...even if it's not the typical fruitcake with the dried fruit. Sherri

A variation on Sam's recipe is to use croisant dough instead of cookie dough.  (You trade sugar for fat, since I think the croisant dough has a little more fat, but little or no sugar.)   You can also use the croisant dough to make a raw veggie pizza and season the cream cheese with worschestershire sauce or onion & garlic powder.  Then just top with your favorite raw veggies (i.e. small bites of cauliflower, broccoli florets, sliced or shreded carrots, green peppers, ect.).
