Surgeon Visit Today

I saw Dr. Mattar and the Nut today at the Clarian Bariatric Center. They were all very very nice and made me feel welcome. I am supposed to call tomorrow and schedule my pre-op testing and I have to attend two classes with the Nut and also get my Psych eval done. They want all of this done so they can submit to insurance by May 1st!!!! My jaw is still on the floor because I thought I would have to jump through lots of hoops. And, I still may have to jump through hoops if insurance denies me but they don't think they will. It is exciting to think I could be starting my weight loss journey this summer!! I will keep you all updated!! PS.......Dr. Mattar asked me to lose 20lbs if I can. We leave this Saturday for a 7 night cruise so I told him I will do my best not to gain weight while we are gone!!
