Measuring Height

When you go to St. Vincent in Carmel do they measure your height at your inital consultation or when exactly do they measure your height? Thanks.

They did measure mine at my consult. Funny thing is it had me a whole in*****h and a half taller than I am because they told me to keep my shoes on.
