I share in your excitement.  I would say though these recipes are not much different then regular food.  I would try to earn how to ditch the canned foods and use fresh or dried products.  You need to get away from the salt that is in most if not all canned foods, especially if you but them at Aldi's or other low cost store. Don't  get the idea I am trying to squelch you just trying to guide toward a true healthy respect for the food we eat. I was on a 2 day vacation and tried foods that I don't normally eat and was able to eat without dumping.  I had a long talk with myself and asked Becky's help in keeping me accountable and on the wagon.   I was around people that don't cook, eat out a lot and if they do buy food it is Bob Evans potato and extras out of the dairy case. I was appalled at the sodium level. I don't for now want to even try sweets because

2 Chronicles 16:9
For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him. Herein thou has done foolishly: therefore from henceforth thou shalt have wars.
