I had noticed some people weren't sure what to bring. So I was wondering if some of you guys who have been around the block a couple of times to give some ideas on what to bring to the pitch- in.

Thank you

Robin, I have some recipes on my profile from exchanges past that could help trigger some ideas. Also, Splenda.com is an excellent source of inspiration for me. As long as you think low/no sugar/carb/fat and/or high protein, anything would be fine. Just about any recipe can be 'lightened up' to make it bariatric friendly. Sure, it depends on how far along a person is on if they'd be able to have some foods but there is usually enough variety so that even a 6 weeker could find enough to fill themself up on! I think kinda as a rule of thumb that it is good to reserve 'trays' for those who live further away and let us locals fix the crock pot or keep 'em cold dishes. It's alot easier to keep a veggie tray good for an hour drive than it would be to keep an orange fluff cold. Vickie usually takes care of bringing the water & water additives (ie Crystal Light).
