I finally got a approved today!!!   Went in for a reweigh and Dr Guptas office faxed over my papers and a friend called from anthem and told me I was approved.  She gave me the auth # and everything!!!!!  I am soooooooooo happy I could cry!!  Dr Gupta and staff are AWESOME!

Congratulations!!! So glad you got the approval so quickly...here's hoping your surgery date isn't too far off!
