back home from hospital

i had my surgery on tuesday morning. things went off without a hitch, and dr. evanson also took my gallbladder out. yea on the 2 for 1 deal. the ultrasound made it look ok, but once he saw it, he wanted it out. i knew that it needed to go since no one in my family has theirs after 30. lol, it was my turn.

i had a lot of pain the first two days, but today has been better. i'm still getting really nauseous if i hurt too badly. i have to keep a close eye on it. and eating is not a very fun thing for me. it just kind of sits there and tell me that my pouch is unhappy. i'm working hard to get my liquids in, but i'm only at half what i should be. they sent me home this evening, so tomorrow is the first day of the rest of my life and my new lifestyle. i need to make up lists and times and things to plan everything out. i guess that's a benefit to being a science nerd. i don't mind doing those things.

anyway, i'm feeling tons better. i've got my color back and i've pushed out most of the fluids that they gave me at the hospital. i think i'm going in the correct direction. thanks for your support.
