Could this week get any worse? Well yes, it could! How about My Insurance never recieving my Predermination packet!!! WTF @ weeks down the F@#$% drain! I am not happy. I can even think about it I am soo mad. No one would even know this If I hadn't called Clarian to find out if they had heard anything. I had called Laverne last week and left a message, no return phone call. I have got to go to bed. Shanna

Shanna, I had a similar situation and I called my ins co EVERYDAY and finally the ins gal at my docs office faxed it over to them. See if she can either get it to you and you fax or have her re-fax it. Persistance!!!! It will happen!! Stay positive.

It sucks unfortunately most of us go through this. YOu will get it girl just keep being persistent. Use that anger to get what you want. Believe me it's WORTH FIGHTING FOR!! I called my insurance company every day for a month. I think they finally approved me because I was bugging them so much!!! Keep your head up you can do this!!!
