Saturday!

Hello,... it's Saturday. I made it  through yesterday. Got paid, even got my check book back in the black. So that's good. There were some good things about yesterday. I had a great sales night at Sears. I think the anticipation of it being that day for me, is worse than the day actually coming around. Today is Saturday, and tomorrow I get to see my Mikey. That makes me happy. LOL, I told Mike, my hubby, last night I was thinking about wanting another baby. He turned green. I know we couldn't afford another baby, so it's probably a good thing I've had a tubal ligation. I don't even know how much it would cost to start with having that reversed. I think I'm just getting caught up by alot of people I know having babies. In honesty, it would freak me out to gain weight again. Well,. today I'm up at 7am. The plan is to go to the Y, and get some exercise. I don't see any reason for that not working out, since I am up and all. This will be my third trip this week. I'm getting back into the swing of things. Gaining nine pounds really scared me, but I've lost 5 of them already back. I know some people who have gained substantial amounts back, and that scares the bejesus out of me, to go through all this for nothing. I just feel like I've put too much into this to let that happen. To everyone else on here, I hope you have a fun and fruitful Saturday. I will be at Sears from 11am-7pm. PS. I got my schedule for next week, and can't come to the clothing exchange after all. D'oh. What can you do? I need the $$$ from those hours.

Hi Everyone,  One funfilled day for me/us! DH gts to go car shopping with daughter while I babysit- oh, my aching back!!!My grandaughter, Willow gets so excited  when we come that when she didn't see me when "Pappy" went in last night, she pouted!!! Isn't that cute??!!Trouble is, she wants my FULL attention, and won't take "no or not now",for an answer. Oh,to be 5 yrs. old again-NOT- it's my fault,I spoiled her!!!! We are going to the Library, then to the park for awhile today. It is suppose to be beautiful out and I need some Vitamen C. Linda, is there anyway you can switch with someone??I was so hoping to see you, but understand, with the cost of gas and daily living you just can't afford to not work anymore!I will miss seeing you,maybe next time you travel to Indy we can meet up?!Give Mikey a extra(((hug))) from me.How is your daughter holding up with all of this~is she adjusting ok? Good morning' Posse! Well granddaughter number 2 this week is here! Ryleigh Michelle was born yesterday at 7:53am weighing in at 7lbs 1 oz. and 20 inches tall. That's 2 grandbabies in 3 days and 3 minutes apart!  LOL I haven't seen pics yet of her so will put on my profile with my other grandbaby Victoria when I get one! I hope y'all are doin' well today...I think I am gonna get out today and start a new walking goal....outside...and try for a block...with my knees its hard for me to walk that far with out holding on to something...I do GREAT at Walmart....LOL I have a question...do any of y'all do the pain management thing? I have got to find something to help with this knee pain. My bone doc won't do anything because doesn't want me to get hitched to the pain meds...and my PCP won't do anything...they don't give pain meds...and can't have the knee surgery...too fat still....I have to do something!  If I can't walk to far I can't lose much more weight..I am at a standstill...have been this way for about 3 weeks! Maybe just the winter time blues...I dunno...I am gonna get a NEW haircut today soooooo maybe that will help! I MISS Y'ALL...can't seem to keep my puter up and running for long...I can't wait to meet more of y'all at the clothing exchange! Good morning all! The sun is shining brightly and  its 8:30am.  I am working today I wish I could get out and walk in this nice weather, but I cant.  I wont get off until 7pm, maybe it will still be decent then and I can walk as soon as I get home. Linda-I hope you have a nice visit with Mikey. I am sure you cannot wait to get there to see him. Ellen-Have fun with the grandbabies today. Janene-Congrats on the new grandbaby.  I have been thinking about getting my hair cut short again.  I havent found a style yet, so we will see.  I have blonde hair and I would also like to get some reddish color highlights in it.  Maybe I will at least get it cut before the clothing exchange. Well everyone have fun filled and safe day.

Good morning all!  It is a beautiful sunny day here in the hills!  It is still cold, but thats ok as long as the sun shines. Not much going on today other than work.  I went to my meeting yesterday, and found out that even though I applied for the day off, and didn't get it approved, that if I call in, I won't get in too much trouble! LOL  SOOOOOOOO, I guess that means I will be calling in next Saturday, because I am NOT going to miss another clothing exchange!!! I want to meet everyone, and I have TONS of clothes to bring, so I am there, no matter what!  Also, Misty is going to be riding with me, so we will be ready for lots of fun and exciting times! LOL Time to get ready for work, so have a wonderful day and weekend.  I have to work tomorrow. It is our anniversary.....12 years of marriage!  Wow! That is hard to believe! LOL  It has been a rough past few years, but we have survived and made it through.  Jimmy had a dozen of the most beautiful pink roses delivered to me at work yesterday.  I will take a picture and get it posted soon.  I was so surprised!!!  They are gorgeous!   Oops, I just looked at the clock, and now I need to run! Good Morning. I've been up for a while but just laid in bed snuggling with my sweetie for a bit just because under my blankets were sooo comfy. :) We're about to head off to an indoor yard sale at one of the churches round here and then I don't have any idea what we're going to do today. Linda - Enjoy your visit with Mikey. I'm praying for you all. :) Ellen - Have fun with Willow. :) I hope she doesn't tire you out too bad. Janene - I know they're cyber but heres some (( HUGS )) I hope to see you!!!!! LaChelle  - I know your already there but I hope your day at work is good!! Good morning, everyone.  I hope this finds everyone in good spirits and haveing a great day so far. The sun is out and shining brightly. I love these kind of days. I can do just about anything as long as the sun is out. I think the temp is suppose to be going up for the next few days. I can hardly beleive that spring just may be around the corner. I am afraid to think it let alone voice it but I just hope that I didn't jinx it now that I did.    Tonight we are going out to dinner at the new Mexican restaurant here in town. I don't know the name of it but it is in the ould Pizza Hut building so I know just where it is!!!! Did we have any doubt on that?    After dinner we are going to the old movie theatre in Hobart which is the next town.     It is an old one and it reminds me of the one we had in the town that I grew up in. It has the old velvet seats and fancy wallpaper too. It even smells old but I am not so excited about that. The old man that owns it sits by the door and collects the tickets and talks to everyone. He is just a sweetie. On Mother's day he gives all the mothers a flower if they go. Bill likes the popcorn and it is only a dollar. He is in heaven with that. It only costs $3.50 a person to get in so that is different than the IMAX that we have here. It is just nostalgic to me so that is why I love it so much. Tonight they are playing Juno so that is what we are seeing. I have been wanting to see it but never got there. I always pick movies I want to see but I never make the time to go. Sounds like me. It feels so nice to just sit here talking to you and watching I Love Lucy on the television. That is one of my favorite shows and always has been. I remember watching them during the summer mornings at 9:00. Then out I would go to play. I have several pictures of her in my bedroom and can tell you what show each picture was and all about the show. I am such a Lucy nut that a few Christmas' ago Ella bought me a Lucy purse and it is in the shape of a 50's purse too. She also got me a 2 year calendar planner with Lucy and Ethel in it and it said best friends which fits Ella and I too. She puts so much thought into things. Like a couple of years ago  for Christmas she got me a bag with 3 pairs of pajamas in it and body wash and other stuff for me to take to the hospital when  I had my surgery. I took it but not the p.j.'s since the nurse told me to wear the gowns. I took everything else though. We are like sisters and I am closer to her than I am my sister and than she is to her brother.   I am so blessed with the wonderful friends and family that God has put in my life.  I better get going. We are going to wax the kitchen and bathroom floors and the foyer floor too. They are in need of that something terrible. Bill is going to do that and I am going to pick some of the garbage up around here. It seems like we get more junk everyday and it is just crowding the whole place up. We live in a "cozy" 1 bedroom apartment. I use the word cozy as a nice word for small!     I will chat with you all later one. Good Aftersoon All,  Today I am just going to lay down and try to get this meds to work. I coughed all night, and a lot today. I was going to a little girl's birthday party   but decided to send a gift. I also wanted to go see Phil at the nurseing home but with a 102 temp, they want you to stay away, I sure wouldn't want to make any one sick.
