Dumping at 3 1/2 years post op

Ok , it is confession time. I stopped at Walgreens today and found myself in the candy aisle. I don't know what came over me but I had a real binge! Thankfully shortley after I got home the dumping started. Pain. sweating, rapid heart beat, nasty saliva and then the Big "D". As I sat in the bathroom feeling the worst that I have in a very long time I said Thank You for this wonderful tool. I hope I learned my lesson. Thank You for listening. Now it is the time to get over it and stay on track.

Oh I'm so sorry for you, but glad to know the tool will still work that far out. Take care, and good luck with getting back on track.

You know what you done and you are fixing it.  I am glad you are feeling better from the Big "D". I have never dumped so I dont know what it feels like. I dont want to either.  It is good to know the tool still works.

Is it any wonder that with all the stress you've been going through that something had to give? It's very understandable! I also haven't dumped....yet.....but if I was going through the things your family has been, I might could be tempted too. It's pretty bad when the temptation screamed from an aisle at a pharmacy though, isn't it? I do hope you are feeling better. Don't beat yourself up. I think your body has done that to you enough today. Don't let your mind do it too! Tomorrow is another day!
