you can buy it at trader joes and small containers at meijers stores . the bigger containers at trader joes run 4.85, the small containers at meijers is 1.79. I mix it with sugar free vanilla syrup and fresh strawberries...yummy

Fage yogurt is a greek style yogurt Kroger has Greek yogurt in their health food section. I also use Kroger Carb Master yogurt. It is 12 grams of protien per small container and alot cheaper.
