update on my liver doc appt today
I went and the liver doc said Im in stage one of the primary billiary cerhosis desese...there are four stages...He put me on a med to take 3 times a day .It will hopefully buy me 10 to 15 years till I will prob need a transplant then..Im 44 now so I will still be young...He wrote a note to work to put me on days but that will most likinly be a no from the post office..Iv filled a eary retirement from there so he said he will fill out any disablity and socsecurity too...IM not giving up I will be fine..He said my energy level will go..and my stomach can be upset ...but I have faith and I will be just fine...IM a fighter...
Well Dang... at least the Dr said he would help you by filling out the paperwork.. My husband was 45 when he had to go on SSDisability after his 5th spinal surgery went bad.. they pay more for disability. Retirement on disability paid a little bit more too..
Heck no don't give up prayers and medical research and a good attitude will keep you going!!

Sandra, I will be keeping you and your family in my thoughts and prayers, as well as many others here will be too! Keeping your sporits up and staying as strong as possible will help! I am sorry that you are having to go through this, but at least you are healthier now after your wls and maybe that can be another positive for you in the future! Sandra, my thoughts and prayers are with you at this time in your life. I pray that God keeps in the circle of his loving arms and gives to you and yours peace, healing and acceptance. My best is with you and know that 15 years ago (a year after they diagnosed my heart problem) the cardiologist told me I had about 1 year to live. Even specialists have no idea at times. Keep your chin up and know that you are in a lot of peoples prayers. I am sending my love and hugs to you.
