Hi Kathleen, Sorry to hear that you haven't been well.  I haven't been able to make the last several evening support groups and haven't been online much, so I hadn't realized you were MIA.  Hope you get to feeling better soon.

Thank you both Misty and Cindy. I'm still having quite a bit of dizziness..it comes and goes. I did fall down in our hallway at home two days ago. That truly did freak me out.My follow up to my MRI is on the 16th. Honestly? I am hoping for Minnear's Disease because  it's treated very efficently with medication. That way I'd have an answer and a treatment. I seem to have a constant headache I've noticed..it never really goes away.

Kathleen, I remember reading your post about this now and telling you about the Acute Labrynthitis (sp?) that I had been diagnosed with.  I hadn't seen any more posts about it and I thought it might have gone away.  I'm sorry to hear that it hasn't.  I know what you mean about hoping for a "treatable" diagnosis.  Sometimes it seems better to have a disease that they at least know how to treat rather than something deemed "less serious" but with no treatment options!  I hope they come up with something to make you feel better soon.  Just a question:  Have you had allergy testing done lately?  I ask because of the headache.  I spent an entire summer with a headache.  They finally sent me for allergy testing and it turned out I was allergic to feathers (I had 7 birds at the time) and the wool that they used to use to stuff couches (I had an old, but well made, couch at the time also).  I know your worst symptom is the dizziness, but that could also be caused by too much pressure in your head from congestion.  Good luck.

Cindy..you bring up a good point because I had severe allergies as a child and asthma..outgrew both. I will be bringing this up to my ENT on the 16th..my follow up appointment. At my inital appointment he was mainly concerned about my vertigo....thanks  for the suggestions.
