Another WoW for me..

Rich and I went out and walked the trails at Muscatatuck Wildlife refuge for 2.5 hours. I would have never been able to do that before. My allergies are going nuts now but it was a blast. We had come home afterwards because it was swampy in some spots because of flooding and was home for about an hour or so and then went out walking again for another hour. :) I got every bit of 3-4 miles in I'm sure today. It was so much fun. :) My hip is sore now and I'm super tired but it was so much fun to enjoy the beautiful weather and to be able to try my new camera out some.

CONGRATS!!! How fun...I can't wait til I can walk like that...I am still weak with all what I went thru....But I am so ready when doc ok's it....It was such a beautiful day out and spending it in nature is amazing! now I can relate on the allergies...I JUST GOT THEM...I turn 35 tomorrow...never in my life have I had one allergy....TIL NOW!!!...EEEEKK!!!! awwww thank you!!!!  yes gomez and staff...they rock...i love jill she is just wonderful....alicia is just too darn cute...they are a great team! when i was very sick...they took such good care of me! and when i came home from a long hospital stay...the communication was awesome....they care! again thank you for the birthday wishes.... big hugs Kim

Thats great Misty. Its always nice to find new things we can do that we weren't able to before. I to spent all afternoon walking and actually surpassed my goal. I was soo exhausted afterwards but was just excited to know that I could do it.  Keep up the good work, misty.

Thanks LOL. I forgot bout all the fun little allergens in nature though LOL. Lets just say my lungs have a symphony playing today but hey it was fun.
