Legal Help to get approval??

I am looking for references for legal assistance to help fight an insurance company that excludes bariatric surgery.  A friend of mine deperately wants/needs it but her company keeps denying her.  I know someone here has posted about an attorney who helped her win an appeal, but I can not find the message.  Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I know that there is a lawyer in the insurance forum of OH.  Maybe he can help.
