I just had a WOW! For the first time in over 2 years I walked 1/2 a mile. My back didn't even hurt or I didn't get short of breath. My 18 year old son went with me and was complaining of his legs burning. I felt GREAT!!!!!! and earlier today I wasn't feeling to well. I guess the walk got my adrenaline going.

Thanks all! I am so glad that I found the Hoosier Losers who know what these "little" things mean. Because someone who hasn't been on this journey, would never have cared about my 1/2 mile. I can't wait for our next get together. Next time I will try to be a bit more sociable. I tend to stay to myself when I am in unfamiliar territory. But I realize that we are just one big family sharing not only our WOW moments, but also our DOWN moments. It has been a long time since I felt that I belonged somewhere. I finally found that somewhere.  P.S. My DH can't wait for the trip to Holiday World. He thinks it's wonderful that he will get FREE diet Pepsi.

LOL,... Linda Kay, I know what you mean. I still have to stop myself and tell myself that I DO NOT need to use the handicapped stall. I will fit into a regular one!
