I just heard the Supervisor I quit my job over has left the area... I emailed HER boss and asked for my job back... it has only been a month and I am reemployable!!  We will soon see!! Have a sunny day all!! Linda Kay

Happy Friday! Today I'll get my confirmation call letting me know for sure what my rescheduled date is, but I'm still betting it's the 23rd. Today I've got to give the girls' a bath and get their art center worked on a bit, and then we have our small group/Bible study tonight at 6:30.  It's gorgeous out right now, 64 and sunny, so I'm hoping to get out in the sunshine for a bit.  Their play area in the backyard is a muddy soggy mess, so I may skip the outside stuff til it dries out!

Good morning to all. I hope that your day is fantastic just like you are.  Today is sunny but I am so cold. I woke up earlier and just ached and thought I should get up but fell back to sleep and slept for 3 more hours. I didn't get up today until 8!! That is getting late for me.  I ended up being so basy yesterday I kept seening my butt go out the door to go somewhere else. I was all over. I went all over Portage, Valparaiso and Chesterton too. I think I was gone more than I was home.  I am going to make meatballs today. I was going to do that yesterday but didn't have the chance to do it. I ended up going out for dinner with Bill's cousin and we went to Pepe's. It took us 2 hours to get out the there. We waited over an hour for our dinners. On top of it they weren't that busy either. I told Trudy that they must need more help in the kitchen and so they should hire it. The food was good as usual but my heavens the wait was so long. I ended up eating chips and salsa out of survival and then I wasn't really hungry when I got my dinner. I ended up bringing most of it home to Bill. I WILL NOT repeat that again. I am staying home today as far as I know. I am just to tired to do anything else. I guess we all have days like that. I do have to remember that I do have a heart problem and sometimes I am going to be more tired than others. Such is life.  I hope to get some things done around here today. At least I am able to rest at times during the day and so that is a good thing.  I better get going. I hope that you all have a wonderful day and stay safe and blessed. Hi Everyone,  It a sunny day here-woo~hoo!!!The sunshine always perks me up!  I don't do well on cold, wet,dreary days, like the old song "Rainy days & Monday's always get me down". Today I'm going to help out at our local Caring Center, then try to stop in and see my SIL. She is still having trouble from her chemo, & had a catscan to see where else it has traveled to.She has such a wonderful, positive attitude.  Living one day at a time, something I am trying to do, myself. The grandbabies are growing like weeds- we take them to the Drs. next Tues.for their 6 months checkup- wow, time has flown!!!! They are such cuties, smiling, rolling over, and laughing out loud now- cute,cute!!!I have to stop by Penny's after the exchange to drop some things off I have for the kids, so I am sure Willow will want to play for awhile. Jax is a computer guy, she loves to play "shopping" and with her dollhouse. I get worn out- but in a good way! Oh, Sherri, thats a great idea! I'll be there!! We can have some "girltime" before & after!!! I bet you are so glad to be driving again   - it has been one long, rough winter for you! Back to work & the "world " you go-YES!!! If you can't get the support you need,  find it!! I too, quit going to the St.V's groups- too crowded for me & days I can't go, also. My daughter just started back at WW. so I am encouraging her along her journey.WLS isn't for her, but a healthier lifestyle is. Its wonderful to be able to share reciepes,ideas, etc.  Linda K- you go girl!!!I am saying prayers for you! Your past record will show them what a wonderful,dedicated employee you are. Janene, feel better quick- that has been passing aorund here for the past few months. Try to get some Cepocol SF. spray, it sure helps, as do the drops. Sending you healing ((((hugs)))). Brenda, take it easy today,ok? I remember when I was in my first yr. I'd get bone tired sometimes after a long day.read ,rest,nap, whatever relaxes you. I hear you about eating out- we recently went out with friends and it was not a good experience- other than spending time with them. Good Morning!  I am soooo glad it's Friday.  Just a few more hours and I'll be packing up my tubs to bring to the Pampered Chef party.  Ellen, I have TONS of clothes for your daughter.  I had no idea I had so many clothes.  Troy is sure going to be happy to have the bedroom back again.  I've had piles of clothes laying everywhere for weeks.  I've finally got most of them loaded into three HUGE tubs.  There's no way the lids will go on.   I just thought of something this morning.  Evansville has daily flights to Indy and back for $69.  I will probably start using it more when Troy can't come with me.  It cost more than that for me to drive there in my vehicle.  Mom and Dad just bought a cute little red car.  I think it's called a focus.  They haul it behind their camper.  They've offered to let me drive it to Indy when I go so I can save money on gas.  It's a 5 speed though and I don't do well with straight shifts.  I'll definitely have to look into the flight schedules and see if it's an option for me.  I'd have to cab it or something once I got to Indy.  Maybe not worth it. Anyway, I'mso thrilled that I get to see some of you tomorrow!  I can't wait to share the love!!!  We'll be leaving around 8 in the morning.  YAHOOOO!!!! TGIF! Smooches, Jacqui

Yeah, the sun is shining! I am babysitting my grandaughters toda y ( Cate is 31/2 and Emma will be 1 this Tuesday). We just took a long walk to the bank where I work to say hi. Cate loved seeing all of the worms on the sidewalk and Emma enjoyed her nap in the stroller. I hope everyone enjoys the party tomorrow. I wish I could be there but I will be watching the girls again.
