Jacqui a big congrats on the 100# mark.  It is a real milestone.  So happy for you.   Hope you get to feeling better soon.  Loved seeing you at the PC party, even if it was for just a short visit.  So glad the plant is surviving. I think you got some good advice about talking to your friends.  Share your thoughts and get their perspective on the "new you".  We do have our Indiana friends and I am most grateful for all of you.  But there is something special about our old friends.    Take care Smooches, Julie
