ANYONE HAVE SAGAMORE (CENTRAL RESERVE LIFE)?

Hello. I"m trying to find out if anyone has Central Reserve Life thru Sagamore? If anyone knows anything about this ins please let me know. I"m asking for a friend of mine. She desperately wants this surgery but not sure if her ins pays or not. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreicated. Thanks Jamie

I would just have her call her insurance and ask them about bariatric surgery. If they cover it or not and if so, what their requirements are.

I originally had Sagamore (CRL) through my husband. However, I found out they covered ZERO of the surgery. They told me it was an exclusion. DEFINITELY she should call her them herself. Each company is different.
