Kim Congratulations!!! I know the little wows are awsome. I too lost over a hundred lbs before I started dropping sizes. I dropped shirt sizes way before the pants. I have lost 145lbs and still wear 24 in pants and 16 in shirts. I have alot of skin so who knows what size I should be in. I'm so close to onderland(1lb) and I have been for almost two months I been on a huge stall but finally the scales are starting down they have been going up & down by 3lbs. Good Luck Cheryl

Sweet Kim,  You are doing awesome! Hello      Gosh, to be in a lower bracket, to see 200 again, it is such a RUSH!!!! I remember how I was so excited when I saw 200# on the scale- how it felt to see my toes, feel a rib, and be able to walk without stopping every few steps for a breath.  You are doing wonderful,Thumbs Up and have so much to be proud of.Bravo It isn't always about what the scales say- I know I had alot of stalls, and finally focused on how much better I felt, and what I could do. Journaling helped me to see where I'd changed, and what I had accomplished/or wanted to change. Keep on going in the direction of your dreams and they will come true!!!Spaz ((((((((((((((((((((((Big Hughugs)))))))))))))))))))))))))) Ellen
