Chewable GasX OK?

Since there was 'movement' yesterday, I started on my protein supplement today.  I feel so bloated and gassy it's awful!! Even a bunch of walking hasn't eased this.   In my discharge paperwork, it said liquid Gas X or Mylanta were OK...all I have here at home is chewable Gas X.  Since it's a chewable, I can still take it, right? I feel like if I stuck a needle in my side, I'd pop like a balloon! Makes the binder even more uncomfortable too.

Amy, I stuck with the chewables myself. I know some have also been told to do the dissolvable strips but I figured if chewable vitamins were ok though, so would the chewable gas X. Sherri

I'm going to go get some chewable gas-x too then. I've had it trappind bad. And this pain doesn't seem to be letting up.
