Surgery tomorrow!!

I just cannot believe how fast the time has flown by.  Please pray for me, and pray that Dr. Inman with take out my gallbladder as well.  I just don't want to be worrying about that.

Please pray for my kids and my in-laws.  They have a very busy weekend....Softball kick off (Kara's first big girl game, Joel's game, their school's art show (Joel has several items.  He is very excited), and Kara is preparing for her first Communion next week by making banners and other decorations with Father Joe and Ms. Amy.  Please pray that they enjoy themselves since I won't be able to attend.  Also, please pray for my husband to have patience with me.  I am a BIG BABY when it comes to pain.  He says it is okay, but I know I can be difficult at times (just don't tell him I said that..lol) and I am sure when I am in pain I can be at my worst (I just don't know since I have never really experienced much more than child birth which was with epideral. Thanks so much for reading my prayer list.  I feel better already.   Kim

Congrats on the upcoming surgery tomorrow. You will do great!

Being a day from being a week out my best advice is take it easy! When they first allow you to have clear liquids drink 1 ounce every 15 mintues (I was not told this but now I do.) If you feel like you should stay another day in the hospital do it! I stayed a total of 3 nights. Very worth it!

Congrats to the end of this journey and the beginning of another.

Oh Kim, it is so exciting that you are beginning your new and improved life tomorrow. Know that you are in my prayers and when you wake up things are going to be a good different. Just remember to sip you fluids when you can have them. Life for the next couple of days will be sip and walk, sip and walk! We are moving over on the bench for you. If you hear a whoo**** is just us moving over for your tiney hiney!! Sending love and hugs to you.

It's not what you gather, but what you scatter
that tells what kind of life you have lived.
