It's FRIDAY!!!!!!!

Happy Friday!! Being a SAHM, the days tend to blend, but I like this Friday because my hubby has tomorrow off...only the second Saturday he's had off since mid February!! He was off last Saturday, but I couldn't do much as I'd just come home.  Tomorrow we'll go grocery shopping, but that's about it.   Today I've got laundry to do, just washing, drying and folding it, I'll leave the basket down in the basement for my hubby to carry upstairs when he gets home.   I hope the rain clears soon so the girls and I can get out and go for a walk.

Other than that, not much going on around here today, just focusing on getting my protein and liquids in and walking!

Wow, you kids are an early bunch!!!!   Brenda 3:30 AM, is that just going to be or getting up?  I was rolling over thinking I had another 3 or 4 hours of sleep left in me!!! I am happy its Friday too.  Not a lot going on here,just work , work work.  I am going to start painting the master bedroom this weekend.  We ordered new bedroom furniture so I need to get the paint and crown molding done before it gets here. Kim, It's an OH thing. They list the post times in Pacific time so add 3 hours to the time posted. Although the time on my post now says it's '7:32', it is actually '10:32' Indiana time. Even at that though, some people would think Brenda & many of us other ones are early risers...I know my step-daughter would think that anything pre-noon was 'early'! LOL!                Sherri

Ahhhhh. PST. That makes sence. I was blown away at 3:30 in the morning!!!! 

I am on different time than the rest of Indiana. I am on Central Standard Time. So I add 2 hours instead of 3. At least until this fall when we are on the same time as the rest of Indiana. I hate the changes in time but we have to keep the same time as Chicago since that is where many work up here and we have the Chicago t.v. stations too. I was up at 5 this morning. Sometimes I am up earlier and sometimes later but Bill went to work this morning instead of the normal afternoons. The older I get the earlier I get up since I am not sleeping near as long as I did when I was younger. Glad to talk to you for a bit, Kim, even if it was just on screen and not in person. Sending you love and hugs from Northwest Indiana.

Good Friday Morning, I accomplished alot yesterday. I planted my garden and all of my Geraniums and Terry put down grass seed and we worked out in the yard pretty much all day.

I have to work the 3-c shift for the next 3 nights. So I atleast get to sleep in everyday. Of course I will not get to bed until midnight but oh well. Other than that I have nothing much else to do today. Ohh I did get to clean my carpets because Bella spilled red drink on it yesterday. OK well spot cleaned..Close enough.    Well, it is a beautiful day here- and I am hanging out at the Library- since I went to work at 9& they needed me to come in 2-7,and the guy who works it quit. Oh well, I can get some bills paid this way, and stop in to visit my SIL. She seems to be doing better, and finally can taste food again. With the type of chemo she is having, she is loosing her hair again, but it seems this one is less evasive. They did find a spot on her liver, but she has such a positive outlook. Her counts are all over the place- 50,000 to 11,000,back & forth.     I am really tired today, must be time for my B12 shot. I take them once a month,'cause the pills weren't working for me. We got our pond redone, now with 5 new koi, and a new pond liner. Dana is still apologizing for the bleach. Oh well, lesson learned. The ones we now have we can see easier since they are either speckled or orange/white. I love to go out and sit by it and read, or just listen to nature.      I don't know what is going on with the Neurogolist they are sending me to. I called today, since they called last night & we weren't home, and they are now gone for a week. They gave me the Indy number, and the gal there said she didn't understand why they are making me wait till June 2, to see him, plus he will be out all that week, anyway. BUT, she couldn't set me up with an appt. Geeze, does the left hand know what the right is doing???I know they are transfering my records, so maybe thats it.   I need to get so much done around the house for Gregs grad. party the 31st. It seems like my pack-rat days are hitting me in the face when I walk in the front door- plus, I can't find my addy book, that has all of the people he wants to invite in it- I feel so overwhelmed sometimes, and when I am stressed my neuralga( forgetfullness, pain & headaches) get worse.I wish I could afford someone to come help me get organized, but that isn't going to happen- not when I make $7.00 and they charge $10-up.I am just going to have to bite the bullett, and do it. Well, have a great day everyone. I have already figured out how to get out of town after work, since Clinton is going to be here speaking. BIG DEAL!I am so sick of the back biting, lies, and garbage going on- sorry, but I just can't believe where our government/country ethics has gone. Happy Friday to all: Working here today, and I have a BESS Walk for Grant County Cancer Society to do tonight if weather permits, it is 1 1/2 miles.  I am hoping that I can make it, I have been really short of breath and no energy, I have found out that my iron level is real low and have started taking iron pills, hoping that I start feeling better soon.  Got alot of homework to get done this weekend, and we have a Mother/Daughter Tea party at my sister-in-laws church tomorrow afternoon, my 2 youngest daughters are going to be models.  This should be alot of fun.  Well my lunch break is over, guess I better get back to work.  Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.   Peggy
