And what a nice Saturday it is!  (although any Saturday is good!) I am off to get a pedi this morning, then wax the eyes. The I have a friends graduation party at 1 PM, she went back to school and just got done, good for her.   Then the Pug Meet Up is this afternoon and plan on taking the fur kids.  I plan to work some shopping in here and there.   We ordered the new bedroom furnature which has inspired me to look at new curtains and bed linens. ( Which will not make the hubby happy becasue I just had the urtains made a year ago and picked up a new comforter set at the same time, owell!)  Actually I like the curtains but  not a fan of the bedding set, I will probably just look for a new bedding set that will match the curtains, what a compramise right ? Full day of fun!  I cleaned house last night when I got home from work so its looks pretty good.  I usually feel compelled to clean house all day on the weekend, but not today! Well enough rambling, I need to finish drying my hair and take the flat iron to it!

Good morning. I hope that the day is going well for eveyone. It seems kind of empty here this morning. Where is everyone!?!?!? Nothing much is going on here. Laundry today and so far that is it. I am hoping that it is going to be a day where Bill and I can just spend time doing not much of anything. At least that is what I would like for the day to be. I am keeping my fingers crossed.  The day looks nice and the sun is shinning at times but it seems cold to me. I have been cold all morning. Bill says that it is a *****illy but not cold like I am thinking it is. I guess we all have days like this.  I went visiting with pastor yesterday and I had so much fun. It took me 3 and half hours and I liked every minute of it. We saw several of the shut ins and the nursing home people and they were happy to see us. I miss seeing them on Sunday. One of the ladies was my old art teacher. I also went to school with her daughter and her son and his family use to live across the street from us. She has a lot of dementia now, but then again she is in her 90's, and she made sense at times and then other times she just rambled on about things that made no sense at all. She did remember me and she also remembered the pastors name so that is a good thing. I told pastor that it is hard seeing the changes in the people that you care about. He agreed with that and remarked that he sees the change in her since he started seeing her a couple of years ago. She reminds me of my mom and how she was until she passed. It is kind of hard to see but a fact of life still and all.  I better get going. I am going to finish my breakfast. I am having a couple of hard boiled eggs. I useually don't care for them but I figured they were easy and they had a good ammount of protein too so that is breakfast. lol Have a great day and stay safe. Prayers are being said for all and special ones for those who need them. I am sending love and hugs to all.

Ellen, can you send something so I can get some information on the campsite for August? I might be interested in a cabin but need to know how to get the information, such as the cost which is the big factor right now. lol

I love Saturdays!  Garage sale season has begun and I rarely miss one!  I find some really great bargains!  Today I got a BRAND NEW table and 4 chairs for my sister for $30.  It is really nice!  Also lots of "Americana" for her.  Her husband got transferred for Chrysler to Twinsburg Ohio.  Since he has so little time before he retires (6 years) they are keeping the home place here and living in an apartment there.  So keeping up 2 places so need more furniture but not spend very much.  And I love to shop garage sales.....soooo....... Ellen, I saw in the paper you won a gas card at the local home show!  CONGRATULATIONS!   Every little bit helps!    BTW, please keep my sister and husband in prayer.  He is trying to get on at Caterpillar or somewhere similar.  He is a high-rated pump mechanic or machinery mechanic for MANY, MANY years.  Lots of experience so he is higher paid and it is hard to get a job paying higher pay rate. Thanks all and of course, BLESSINGS!
