Hello all! I know I haven't posted alot lately, but I've been reading. Things have been kind of busy lately here. I don't think I got a chance to post, but we brought Mikey home from the residential treatment hospital about a week ago. We are glad to have him home. He is glad to be home. It was unexpected, but out insurance benefits ran out, and Medicaid denied the entire stay. So he's home. As a result, I'm going to be cutting back my hours at Sears some on week nights, so I can spend more time with my family. Mike's still going to have to get a job somewhere. I just hope it comes soon.  hugs,

Well I am up this morning.  Our new little one has her days and night mixed up so dad was up with her until around 1 this morning so when she was ready to get up for a bottle at 5:15 this morning I told him to stay in bed that I could get her so he is trying to get some shut eye since there is not much going on until time for austin to get up and go to school which might be a treat since he did not go to bed until 11 pm last night.  Well better go for now and hope everyone has a great day.

Good Mornin' Posse! Been awhile but I have been keeping y'all in my thoughts and prayers. Been kinda hectic and wierd here at the ranch but I do believe all is fixin' to settle abit. Mark got back from Turkey Hunting with a big Tom and his buddy and his buddy's wife will be coming up for a visit when school is out. I have not met this buddy and am a bit nervous at meeting...soooooooo.....Ms Freak Out decided that there were a bunch of "mark-do" things on the list.  So 2 weeks ago we went Lowe's shopping.  LOL  you would think we were professional painters if you looked at our shopping buggies.....loaded down with paint and supplies all set to paint the inside of the house. LOL  So with all that in mind off we set to repaint! We already have the kitchen finished...painted every surface that was paintable...lol. Working on the living room next...followed with our bedroom and Zach's room and as soon as the landlord fixes the bathroom floor...we will paint the bathroom. Not gonna worry with the dining room and other bedroom. I have also been working outside...a first for me in 2 years!  Along with all that...I am cleaning out and fixin' to have a yard sale in 2 weeks. Mark said...."I HATE IT when you have energy!"  LOL and "your surgery is gonna KILL ME!" I reckon that means my B12 is working!  LOL I have to say... It's GRRRRRRRRRRRRREAT...to coin a phrase from Tony the Tiger! Congrats to y'all who have been approved, have the calendars marked, and who have had surgery! Happy Road Trips! Prayers to the ones who have worries, heartache, and healing and to those who need a ray of sunshine in their lives. Last but not least...my old bra...(it's bigger than the one now...LOL) to y'all for support on your Road Trips! love y'all! Blessings and hugggggggggggggs Janene

Lord, keep me in your will so I won't be in your way.

Good morning to all!  Not much planned today, other than heading to the gym and then having a cook out tonight with some friends.  Hope it is a nice day for everyone.  Enjoy it, and get out and move! Just want to ask for a small little prayer for me.  I am having to deal with some trying times here at home right now, and DH Jimmy is reallying having trouble right now as well, so please say a special prayer for us.  Thanks! Love to all!  God Bless!

Good morning all! I am kinda glad it is Monday and back to work.  It was a busy, hectic weekend. I did do a lot outside yesterday. I mowed my grandma's yard and our yard. Then I planted part of my garden.  I have everything in but the tomato plants.   I washed my windows outside and in. I got a little sun burn from being outside all day.  But that is ok, I need some sun on this white body. *Janene I know what you mean about having the energy to finally work outside.  I was thinking that same thing yesterday.  I just didnt care much this time last year.  Isnt it funny what losing weight will do to your self esteem. Well everyone have a great day!

Morning all   ................                   I am glad it's Monday. At least I can get some solitude here at work. My boss is on vacation this week so it's a definate work at my own pace time (would have been anyway, but with him, I feel guilty not doing more). This weekend was a painful weekend in many ways. Yes..there's Bill. But I've been having some extra pains in my stomach...or I shoulda say, I've been having ones I haven't had for a few weeks. I measured my stomach yesterday and I was 3.5" LARGER than I was a week ago. I'm going to keep an eye on that and if it continues, I'll contact Dr. Gupta's nurse. Between that measurement & the pain I've been having, I'm hoping I haven't ripped that mesh closing up the hernia or something. Also..this weekend was horrible with the diarrhea..we're talking 15-20 times a day! My hemerroids are very ticked off. I saw a specialist about them a few years ago but then they went away. He told me then that if they come back, call him. Well...I didn't want to call him until everything else was taken care of (the hernia & diarrhea) but I think I'm at the point of needing to see him. If I wasn't on the toilet, I was sitting in a sitz bath. I made an appointment for tomorrow at 2. He's a colon & Rectal Surgery specialist so maybe he'd have some thoughts on the diarhea & hernia (if it's back) too. All I know is SOMETHING has got to give.

A co-worker who got a promotion to another building sent out an email telling our department good-bye. He had a signature line that couldn't be anymore appropriate for me to read today. It is: 'Never allow someone to be your Priority while allowing yourself to be their Option' . I wanted to share that with you guys just in case any of you are finding yourself to be your priorities option right now as well. I printed it off and have it right here by my monitor. Sometimes, we need that reminder!

Ellen..call me when you get off of work. Gail...I'll give you a call in a little bit.....                                   huggs.. Sherri

Good morning to all my fellow losers. I hope that this sunny Monday is being good to all of you.  So far it is being good to me. The sun is out but I am soooo cold for some reason. The t.v. said that it is suppose to get to around 70 today and it can't come a minute to soon for me. At least the sun is out and that is a wonderful things. I feel so much better when the sun shines.  Sun 2 Nothing much planned today. I am staying home and fixing Bill a honest to God dinner today. I think he is likely to fall over in a dead faint at that one! I didn't cook all week end. That isn't good for our diet but we were in and out so much I just didn't have time to do anything. Soooo it is back to the kitchen starting today.   Multitasking  This is kind of what I am going to look like today~doing a bit of everything. Bill has gone to go pay his ticket. I don't remember if I mentioned this or not but he got a ticket. We had gotten into a bit of an arguement and he left for work and didn't fasten his seat belt (which he wears all the time!) and he no sooner pulled out a policeman got him and he got a ticket for it.    Police Car  Bill tried to tell him that he always wears it and could he get a warning but he told Bill now he had to give him a ticket. I was HOT to say the least. So he is off now paying his $25.00 fine on that one!!!!  I have bible study tonight so I will be going there tonight. We meet from 7-8 every Monday night. At least until the Monday before Memorial Day anyway. Not sure if we are going to be having another one during the summer or not. I am not sure if Pastor is going to be with us much longer either. He is going to be leaving sometime soon and since the placements go into effect on July 1st in the Methodist church I am not sure if he is going to be leaving then or if he is going to leave later on. I know that he is leaving sometime this year. He is working on his PhD and has to finish up the last minute stuff for it. I am head of the Pastor/Staff committee so I get to do the new Pastor stuff. God help me because I don't like this part of the whole thing.  I better get going. I hope that everyone has a good day today. I am keeping you all in my prayers and special ones are being said for those who need them. I send love and big hugs to all.
