Jamie, I'm so excited for you!!!  Yep, french manicure is fine, I did mine the night beforehand, and several of the nurses complimented me on how pretty they looked.  My husband laughed at me, but I can't stand to have my nails without polish.  I'm redoing them tonight while we watch the election returns! Have you packed your hospital bag yet? I so overpacked! I took clothes for each day, and didn't wear a single thing...I came home in the same thing I wore to the hospital.  Took my iPod, never used it.  Took two books...didn't read a word of them.  I could've left everything at home except my pillow, spirometer and toothbrush, and been just fine.   Amy

Amy I so agree with u.  I didnt touch a thing I packed except my toothbush, soap and spirometer.  I stayed in that hospital gown from the time I got there till I left.  I always tell everyone to just leave everything at home.  You arent there long enought to use any of it.  Just waste you time packing and unpacking.....LOL

Jamie,  They said french was fine.  I have an appointment to have mine done the day before surgery.  The Count down keeps going faster and faster.  Just think, by the end of next week we'll both be on the Losers Bench.  See you Tuesday.
