Any Whey protein #'s

So I just made me a protein shake I found on OH. Sf Chzcake pudding/ Sf white chocolate pudding/ice/1 cup milk/protein powder. I used the any whey that Brenda and Floyd gave me. It says 1 scoop is 17 grams but how much is 1 scoop? Thanks Shanna

There is a scoop that comes with it, but I have never measured it other then using the scoop. Im out at home so I cant measure it for you. If I had to guess I would say approx. 1/8-1/4 C. something around that, but dont quote me on that. Im just guessing.

I have a bag of GNC's unflavored whey protein, and one scoop = one ounce. I have half the bag or a bit less left, and won't be using it if you or anyone wants it, I'll be happy to pass it along! At $16/pound, it's a bit pricey to just throw away.
