Newbie

Hi Everyone, I'd like to introduce myself.  My name is Barb, from Kokomo and am having my surgery on May 19 at St. Vincents.  I have been on OH for quite a while, reading and learning, but I just realized there was an Indiana Forum.  So this is my first post, although I've been following along for a while. I'm getting a little nervous, but I am ready for my surgery.  I have been to St. V's support groups and they make me feel better and more confident. So - I'm counting my days - 12 - and can't wait to get this started!! Thanks to all of you who have already helped me! Barb

Welcome to the Hoosiers Losers board, Barb. This is a fantastic board and a very active one too. So many things go on here such as clothing exchanges, camping, dinners out and on and on. We are a close bunch and talk and share and rant and love. We laugh and cry together too. We hope that you share often so we can get to know you and you know us also. Welcome Barb!!  I am having mine on Monday May 12th with Dr. Gupta.  I am really excited.  Just think we will be on the Losers Bench soon!!!   Keep me posted!!
