I hope you all have a great day today and enjoy the nice weather before the rain moves in again later tonight.  I had a better night with Megan lastnight, she did not wake up until about 1 am and then again at 4:30 am so that was nice but that couch of mine just isn't comfortable enough to sleep on. Have a great day and thoughts and prayers to all that need it.

Mornin' Posse! Haven't been around much lately...sorry about that...been really tied up here at home with family issues. Went off track a bit the last few weeks...but am back to basics now again and down 5 pounds...so the scales are moving SOUTH again. yeeeeehaaaaaw and WHEWWWWWWWW.  So wonderful to see so many new benchmates and real excited for those who are gonna be benchmates soon! Morning All, It's a beautiful sunshiny day.  2 days until surgery.  I am trying to wait patiently.  It's getting more and more difficult because I am so excited.  Today is my last day at wor****il August.  I will be on that bench Janene very soon.  Everyone take care. Carol

Good Morning/Day Everyone!

My stepGrandmother passed away at 4 pm yesterday. Thankfully my mother as well as some of her sibilings were at the hospital in support of their father so he wasn't all alone in this. Myself, Gage, and Quinntin are on our way up to head to Michigan. Not Sure when we will be back home. Matt has to stay behind because of work unfortunately.

mornin everyone! it's a beautiful day today...my daughter has a choir concert...i get to go fit into those comfy auditorium chairs...hehe i really do fit now :)  then she is playing with the senior girls... softball game....she will be pitching...she is 12 and they are all 14-16! so scary...but they needed her and she accepted... besides that not to much....going to the ft wayne zoo on friday with my son....i am very nervous....i hope i can keep up with everyone....not use to walking very long....but this is actually a goal....doc says just take it easy and relax....if it gets to much..... rest....how do you explain that to kindergarteners....lol  anyone wanna go with me....:) hope you all have a great and blessed day... big hugs Kim

Good Morning Gang, I am off work today....Halleluah! I need a day off! I was 205 this morning. Onederland is right on the horizon. It seems to be forever. Being sick last week kind of put me back. I completely stopped losing for a week because I was barely eating anything. I have my 1 month checkup with Dr. Mattar at 1:30. I am kind of disaapointed I haven't lost 20 pounds. I wanted to be in Onederland within a month but being sick really did me in. Have a great day! :) Shanna
