So...I know that if you are heavier, then you will probably initially lose weight a little quicker.  But I couldn't weigh myself because our scales only weighed to 330lbs.  So, I decided that I would just chec****il I weighed in at that, but last night I was feeling really discouraged, and sent my husband out to buy a new scale.  I weighed in at 332.1 lbs.  I lost 21lbs.  I just couldn't believe it., and wanted to share. I also have a tip for those of you using Isopure RTD.  If you drink the Alpine punch and put a fruit punch Crystal Light packet in it.  Then it doesn't taste like protein.  LOVE THIS. Thanks for letting me share! Kim

Kim,  You are doing great!   Thumbs Up  One pound is 4 sticks of butter- so you lost 84 sticks!!! Spaz ( I love these kind of referances- makes me feel good just thinking of all that fat gone!! Hee~hee!!!) I started at 271, and each pound off was such a wow moment!  I am so glad they have those flavor packets for our water/protein now- yum! How much protein is in the ISOPURE RTD?  Where do you get it from.   I am one week out today and already have had second thoughts.  It is a HUGE struggle for me to get in my  70-90 grams of protein per day and i can't even fathom the thought of eating something.

The Isopure RTD is at GNC.  It is about $5, but worth it.  I struggled with protein too because I couldn't find a good protein drink for me.   So this is my plan.  I drink 3 - 8 oz glasses of milk, eat 2 cheese stix, and drink one Isopure RTD (40g).  This gives me my requirements, and any extra is just great. My sil puts orange crystal light in the orange isopure.  I haven't found the singles for that yet to try it.  I am going to look at super walmart this weekend. Best of luck! Kim

Hey Kim that is great! I am to scale deprived so I am unsure as to my weight loss. Thanks for the tip on the protein drink as I am too having a hard time drinking all the protein that is required. I will have to get to a GNC and get some of the Isopure. I have just been doing different variations of the recipe from St.V's.   Keep up the good work!  Keep us informed because all the good that you acheive helps others like myself thinking postive! YEAH FOR YOU!
