HI Deborah! How are you doing? I'm doing pretty well. Kind of tired, but still waking up. How much longer is the pay station going to be there at the electric company? I know you told me, but I can't remember?

Good morning everyone!                                I'm fixing to have breakfast and then I have to run into work for a few hours. Then this afternoon, we're going to a birthday party for my 4 year old granddaughter...One of our Little Princesses...lol!                                          I talked with Gail last night. They had kept her yet another day. I offered for Bill & I  to go break her out! LOL! She really believed she'd be out today & is going to call me when she is. I'm sure she'll probably be posting as soon as she can too. She mentioned again to me on the phone how very touched she was by the outpouring of the love & concern on the board for her welfare. Speaking from personal experience, it is when you are down that true friendship means so very much to you. So on Gail's behalf, thank you fellow Hoosiers for all your love & prayers. If they end up keeping her yet another day, I'll let you know as soon as I know.                                   Well..you all have a good day today!                   Sherri

Good morning, all. It is a beautiful sunny Sunday here in Portage. The sun is so bright and it looks like the picture spring Sunday. For that I am grateful.  I am planning on staying home today. I am not even going to church this morning. I am just tired and I want to be a vegetable today.  The birthday party went well last night. We didn't get a fire since it started to rain. It didn't pour but it was raining. At least it waited to pour down rain until we got home. Karissa was happy. She is kind of a different child. Very quiet and kind of strange. I hate saying this but I personally think there is something not right with her. I wish that they would have her checked but I don't think they even realize what I see. I have talked to Bill about it and at first he said that he never saw anything but then later on he told me that he agreed with me. I don't know~I guess it is going to be a wait and see thing. Maybe once she starts school they might find something. I really do hope so.  Bill is wanting to have a cook out so he can try out his new grill. He wants a cheeseburger and so he is going to fix hamburgers and corn on the cob. I am just happy that he is going to be fixing the meal!! lol I better get going. I hope that Gail gets out today and I know that she is going to feel better when she is in the comfort of her own home. I know I always do. I am keeping her in my prayers. She is just such a sweetie. I can't wait to meet her at the clothing exchange. For that matter I can't wait to meet all of you. I am sending love and hugs to all today. I am keeping you all in my prayers and special ones are going up for those who need them.

Good morning, Michelle, and the rest of the gang!  It is going to be a beautiful day here in the Hoosier Hills!  I can't wait!  Michelle, just give me a call when ever you want this afternoon.  Jimmy and the girls and I are excited about meeting you!  Pick a place, and we will be there! Sherri, please "spring" Gail outta that place and take her home with you!  She is in my thoughts and prayers always, and I know not only me, but everyone else as well.  Give her my love, and a big soft hug when you do get to see her! Brenda, please be a vegetable for me as well today.....I would love to, but no chance of that.  Some friends of mine are having a cook out tomorrow night, and have asked me to make my fresh pasta salad.  So that is all I have to actually do today.  It needs to marinate overnight, so I will make it sometime this afternoon or evening.  It doesn't take long, and it is so yummy!  I may be able to have a small serving of it as well, as long as I eat all the vegis instead of the pasta! Good morning all, up bright and early this morning, hard to sleep when people are putting a roof on your house.  A chance to sleep in because Shawn got up with Megan but all the noise on the roof no one can sleep except the baby of course.  She can sleep through anything except the night.   I hope everyone has a good day today, I don't have any plans for today, but Shawn is going fishing after while. Thoughts and prayers for Gail to be on the mend and feeling better really soon.  Sherri please let Gail know I am thinking about her and praying she is feeling better soon. Thoughts and prayers to those who are in need.

What a beautiful sunny day!!!!! We are getting ready to drop the boys off at Matt's mom and enjoy the afternoon with just the two of us. Matt is taking me out to lunch to celebrate my birthday.

My mom will be coming home today from my grandfather's in Michigan. It will be nice to have her home. I'm sure she'll be happy to finally be home.

I hope Gail gets to come home today. *Sends"gettofeelingbetter"vibesouttoGail*

Happy Sunday to All, We started the day here in northern Indiana with beautiful sunny skies but looks like we are about to have rain this afternoon.  I don't post much but read almost every day.  Congrats to all the newbies and their recent surgeries.  Sounds like everyone is doing great.  Gail, prayers are being sent for you and a swift return to health.  So glad your doctor checked things out well.  Hope you will be back to 100% soon.  Work is especially busy now and has beenfor the last several months  -- job security hopefully.  LOL.  I am hoping things slow down for the summer so I can get out and enjoy some sunshine -- if summer gets here.  I am so longing for warm weather and sunshine.  Last Sunday was my one year surgery anniversary.  I am so thankful for my new life.  I am SOOOO very glad I had the surgery.  It has given me the opportunity to regain my health and be active once again.  It really is a whole new life from a year ago.  Thank you Lord.  I would like to lose perhaps another 10 pounds but if I don't lose any more I am very happy where I am weight wise.  Best wishes to any of you awaiting insurance approval or waiting for your surgery date.  Peg

Happy Sunday Everyone!!!  It has been a beautiful day. I hope everyone has been out to enjoy it.  I did some shopping with my daughter.  It was fun.  I just hope I didn't over due it.  But I feel fine.  I plan to rest for the remainder of the day.  Hope you had a day that parallels the sunshine today.  Carol
