One year appointment!!!!!

I had my 1 year appointment on Friday with Dr. C.  Everything went well.....I did not make it to where I wanted to.....but the Nut said protein level was good....increse fluids more and change up my exercise.....I have emailed her to see if she can email me the three sets of pictures they have taken over the year...... Dr. C. agreed with the fluids and excerise...and she sees no reason why I won't be to her goal by the time I see her in November.  The nurse measured my waist and got 33 inches!!!!!!  As of yesterday the scale says 163.5    So I need 1.5 more pounds off to get that Century Mark.......only 13 more pounds to Dr. C's goal.....and then my last ten that I want off will probably come with my plastics....which are about three years off right now.   Size wise..12-14.  Some 12's fit nice and some are not comfy...most 14's are big, and a few are just right...go figure!!!!  Why can't all sizes be the same? Sitting here drinking my protein and getting a list ready for what I need to do today!!!!!  Starting to put things together for our trip to Disney on the 6th.....I want to see my Hubby proud to show off his ARM CANDY while we are on vacation!!!!!  Kinda sounds like I am beginning to love myself again huh? Okies....I am off to get moving.....love and hugs to all...... Holly PS.  Only two more classes and our Foster Classes are done...then to submit all to the state for approval!!!!

Holly, I'm glad Dr. C got it through to you how good you are doing. YOu really are! And you look fantastic. Enjoy being a trophy wife! You deserve it girl! Sherri

Sherri... You would not believe it but that is exactly what my husband called me!!!  He said that after my weight loss and then my plastics....I would be his trophy wife....so about half way to that!!!!!! Thanks!!!!!

Holly, I am glad that docor's appointment went well for you. You are doing great and look good, girl. Your trip to Disney is going to be a great trip for you~you are going to really enjoy it.  My parents use to be foster parents and so did my sister and BIL and my cousin and her hubby too. They really enjoyed it a lot. Good luck to you on that episode of your life.

I told you at the last exchange how wonderful you looked and you couldn't see it.  Just think back one year - did you ever imagine telling anyone you wore a size 12???  Isn't it wonderful!!!  Keep it up Holly, you know what you want and are going for it.  GREAT job!
