I have ordered this product: UpCal-D calcium citrate powder.  I won't get it until tomorrow, but I just can't take the pills.  Some suggested this, and I thought I would give it a try.  You just mix it in with a little water.  It isn't suppose to taste bad or even have a taste if you put it in a juice. I'll let you know. Kim

I started using the UpCalD (you can order by phone from Global Health Products Inc. 800-638-2870).  I really like it, but I will tell you that you should order the individual packets.  You can order a tub, but the serving size is bigger and doesn't mix up quite as well.  If you order a box of the individual packets the serving size is smaller, but has the same amount of calcium.  I've mixed it up in liquids or sprinkled it on foods.  It works out very well for me.

Is it really tasteless and odorless?  That sounds too good to be true! Stupid question but how is it that it is a smaller size but the same amount of calcium? I am going to order this!  Thanks so much!  Hope it doesn't take long to ship!

The only thing I can figure is that they couldn't find a scoop small enough, so they "bulked" it up for the tub.  If you mix the individual packet into a 16.9 bottle of water, you can't taste it.  If you mix it into a smaller amount, you might notice it a little.  If you buy the tub (they call it a jar), then you have to keep shaking it up because the calcium doesn't really dissolve and it doesn't stay suspended in the liquid as easily (I assume because the serving size is larger).  You can go on their website and check it out:  www.globalhp.com   Good luck.

They had it a Vitamin World in Greenwood last week.  I might stop by later today and will look to see if they have any.  Sherri

I took the pills of the calcium citrate and I just crushed them. I swallowed the crushed pills with my other pills. They don't have much flavor and they are easy to take. I always got the Wal Mart brand. They were a lot cheaper. They took me off this when I kept getting the kidney stones.
