how long does it take?

I originally had an appointment with Deconess in June, but they called to rescedule me for August because the doctor won't be in on my original date.  Now, I made the first appointment in March, so having to wait til August is kinda annoying.  There is an orientaion meeting for St Mary's on June 10, but they require a six month program before they even send the letter to the insurance.  Should I just go ahead and get started with St Marys or wait and go to Deconess?  The surgon would be the same, so that's not a problem.

Don't know much about St.Marys or Deconess.  But if your insurance requires a 6 mo dr monitored diet you can start that right away.  Just weigh in every month with the dr.  You cannot discuss anything other than weightloss on each weight visit, or you will have to start your 6 months over.
